Accessibility Statement

This statement was last updated on Wednesday, June 4th, 2025.

Dedunola Family Comfort Living is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying relevant accessibility standards.

What web accessibility is

Web accessibility means that people with disabilities can perceive, understand, navigate, and interact with websites and tools, and that they can contribute equally without barriers. Our goal is to allow all visitors, regardless of ability, to experience our site comfortably.

Accessibility adjustments on this site

We have made efforts to design our website—www.dedunola.ca—in line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, at the Level AA standard. As part of this, we have:

  • Used the Accessibility Wizard to identify and resolve common accessibility issues

  • Set a defined and logical content order for each page

  • Structured pages using proper heading levels

  • Included alternative (alt) text for all images

  • Chosen accessible color contrasts

  • Minimized the use of animation/motion

  • Ensured all media (video/audio/files) are accessible

  • Enabled keyboard navigation and compatibility with screen readers
